At TMone education is not an event but an on-going process. All TSR's and CSR's go through an initial two week training consisting of both coursework and development exercises.

CIM's (continuous improvement modules) are held periodically to formally train and refresh on specific curriculum designed to aid in sales and relationship management efforts. Quality assurance plays a leading role within the TMone environment. Quality expectations are compulsory to TSR commissions and recognition.
