John A. Fellows
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fellows, 43, joined TMone in 2007 as Chairman & CEO. His experience and leadership skills are instrumental to the company’s immergence as a foremost world class BPO organization.
During the past nine years as a growth oriented CEO, Mr. Fellows effectively rapidly built and transitioned RMH, Inc., a NASDAQ company, and successfully realigned Bell Industries, Inc., an AMEX company.
Under his leadership, RMH evolved from a regional call center operation into one of the world’s largest and fastest growing global providers of customer relationship management (CRM), business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology related services. Annual revenues grew from $30 million to over $300 million, total employees increased from 750 to over 15,000 and operations expanded significantly in the U.S. and into Canada, Asia, Australia and Europe.
As the President and CEO of Bell Industries, Inc., a diversified services company, he led the divestiture of its manufacturing division through a private transaction and completed the acquisition SkyTel Corp. from Verizon Communications, Inc.
Mr. Fellows, a BPO pioneer, was one of the first to capitalize on the trend of rapid expansion of the outsourced services industry into alternative markets, and envisions TMone primarily capitalizing on the resurgence of the onshore outsourcing services trend. Prior to becoming one of the youngest public company CEO’s in America at RMH, Mr. Fellows served in various executive management roles with PepsiCo, PageNet and TeleQuest.
Most recently, he facilitated transactions for several leading private equity firms.
He has a B.S. from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Loyola College.

Anthony Marlowe
President and Chief Marketing Officer
Anthony Marlowe served as the CEO of TMone from its inception in 2002 when he co-founded the company with long time friend John Burchert. Marlowe is a principle in TMone and since 2007 is currently serving as the company’s President and CMO. Marlowe was personally recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2007 as one of the 25 youngest CEOs out of the 5000 fastest growing companies in America.
Headquartered in Iowa City, IA TMone is one of the area's largest employers and has or currently is doing business with companies such as EarthLink, Nextel, DirecTV, ReMax, Wells Fargo, State Farm, 8x8, Vonage, Fidelity, IDT, Z-Tel, TelePacific, Bank of America, All State, Washington Mutual and AT&T.
Marlowe's tenacity and drive are evident in his history of achievement in several executive and management positions. Prior to starting TMone Marlowe served as the Vice President of Business Development at Infinity where he was responsible for bringing on several large accounts that increased annual CRM revenues by 50%. Marlowe also held a senior sales role with the May Company a Chicago based international consulting firm.
While at MCI, where he began his career, Marlowe held several sales force management positions in both Iowa and Virginia. Marlowe contributions were consistently recognized by MCI executives with several awards including MCI Mass Markets “Best of the Best” and MVP. Marlowe was consistently in the top 1% and became the youngest member of management to be inducted into the MCI Hall of Fame.
Marlowe has served on his local municipality telecommunications commission and holds relationships with many telecom, financial services and direct marketing industry leaders. In addition to representing TMone’s services Marlowe is a sounding board for executives nationally when it comes to their outsourcing, sales, and marketing strategies.
A native of LaGrange, IL Marlowe now proudly resides in Iowa with his dog Vinny, a 5-year-old Vizsla. A lifelong hockey player Marlowe still plays recreationally as well as follows NASCAR. He has a passion for live music and has attended over 50 concerts. Marlowe also enjoys technology and traveling.

John Burchert
Chief Operating Officer
John Burchert has served as TMone’s COO since the company’s inception in 2002 when he co-founded the company with TMone’s President Anthony Marlowe.
Under John’s operational leadership TMone has become a premier provider of outsourcing services. Burchert specializes in employee management and has a track record of accelerating revenue growth through market optimization and execution of strategic initiatives. TMone now provides predictive and financially accountable front and back office business process outsourcing and database managment services to Fortune 500 companies globally. TMone is one of America's fastest growing businesses and was recognized for its growth by Inc. magazine in 2007.
Prior to starting TMone John worked for Reese Teleservices Inc. overseeing AT&T outsourced sales and customer service accounts. He began his professional career a decade ago with APAC Customer Service Inc. where he worked on behalf of financial services clients such as Discover and Providian. In 1998 Burchert joined MCI Mass Markets where he was responsible for substantial sales force deployments for which his management and leadership contributions were formally recognized.
A great communicator, charismatic speaker and natural leader, John has a rare ability to inspire people. Burchert's belief that people are the core of TMone's business is evident in the company's environment, processes and values. His passion for people and relationships is apparent in his daily interactions with employees.
In addition to John’s professional accomplishments he is also a devoted husband and father. A Chicago native, Burchert relocated to Iowa in 1995 and now resides in North Liberty, Iowa with his wife Ashley and two children, Ashton and Addyson. He is involved with his church and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and playing with his children. In 2006 John was awarded the LifeStyle change award during the AHA annual heart walk for his personal strides in health and fitness.

Ethan Z. Davis
Vice President
Ethan Davis joined TMone shortly after the company’s inception in 2002. Davis has served in various capacities throughout his tenure at TMone including management of operations, training and database marketing.
Davis fills a cross functional roll within TMone with involvement in business development, implementation, client services and marketing. He currently serves as TMone’s Vice President.
Davis started his career with MCI where he was involved in ramping Iowa’s second largest consumer mass markets contact center.
During his tenure at MCI he served in various management rolls with a focus in training, operations and outsourcing partner support. After leaving MCI, Davis worked as a consultant for direct mail and outsourcing service providers preparing contact center trainings and overseeing multiple relationship management programs within the automotive, telecom and financial services industries.
Davis’s demonstrated aptitude for presenting vision, developing strategy and executing initiatives is evident in corporate recognition for leadership, management and marketing.
A Davenport, IA native, Davis was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout and maintains a passion for the outdoors and high adventure.

Corey Poulsen
Director of Call Center Services
Corey Poulsen joined TMone in June 2005 as the inbound and outbound operations manager where she was responsible for all aspects of sales force and campaign management. With an impressive communications background Corey brought with her a network of talented contact center management as well as experience operating and growing telecom centric sales organizations.
As the Operations Manager Poulsen was instrumental in TMone’s growth overseeing the company’s 2006 transition into its current 250 seat facility while concurrently increasing staffing to support new campaigns and clientele. In 2007 Corey was promoted to Director of Call Center Services expanding her role to assist with client services, center support and new program deployment.
Poulsen started her contact center management career in 1999 with MCIWorldCom in Iowa City, IA where she was recognized for several performance and quality awards before relocating to Chandler, AZ where she assisted with the deployment of a new 500 seat outbound sales center. While managing the contact center ramp in Chandler Poulsen was formally recognized for top sales companywide and for her leadership while executing on the new initiative.
Throughout her career Corey has been involved with several community organizations including the Mayor Youth Employment program for five years. Corey, a native of Iowa City, now resides in North Liberty, IA where she enjoys spending time with her family and her six year old son.

Billy Kramer
Director of Business Development
Billy Kramer joined TMone’s executive team in 2006 following auspicious results in the company’s databases marketing division. Billy is responsible for spearheading development efforts in both telesales and database marketing.
Kramer’s background includes extensive experience in contact center and client management with RuffaloCODY.
RuffaloCODY is a leading provider of software, consulting, fundraising and other solutions for nonprofit organizations.
During his tenure Kramer held a variety of roles in operations, project management and consulting.
Kramer was then named Director of Sales for Dardis Communications, a Chicago based training and development company. While with Dardis, Kramer made a name for himself by selling into several Fortune 1000 companies, communicating his company’s unique capabilities and delivery.
Kramer currently resides in Iowa City, IA and enjoys bass fishing and traveling. He is a native of Farley, IA.
