TMone is looking for an experienced call center professional supervise 10-16 B2B and B2C contact center agents. The primary responsibility of the sales supervisor is meeting and exceeding sales expectations. Sales supervisors will be responsible for all day to day recognition, education, information and motivation of sales agents as well as interviewing and hiring new candidates.
Qualified candidates should be self-motivated, efficient, and flexible and have the ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and PC skills are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Fast paced environment requires the person in this role to be task oriented and self managed. Sales supervisors are involved new program deployment, reporting and strategic initiatives.

TMone is looking for an experienced call center professional to train B2B and B2C contact center agents. The primary responsibility of the trainer includes developing training material and curriculum, developing and executing continuous development training for existing employees and facilitating weekly training classes for segments as needed. The contact center trainer is responsible for the entire training experience.
Qualified candidates should be self-motivated, efficient, flexible and have the ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and PC skills are required.
