TMone will be hiring highly motivated, dynamic individual(s) to fill the position of Supervisor in our CRM division. To be successful in this position, you will need to be results-driven, enjoy a fast paced environment and have a "can do" mentality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Be able to staff and maintain team of 15-18 individuals.
- Meet or exceed sales, LPH, email and sales goals as set by the company.
- Work directly with a manger to learn how to hire,develop,motivate and train associates.
- Create scripts and on-going job aides for the floor.
- Monitor, coach, document, and evaluate associates on a regular basis.
- Recognize outstanding performance through utilization of recognition programs.
- Establish/maintain quality and sales standards to consistently reach corporate objectives.
- Prepare, analyze and deliver wide variety of reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements-
- Must have PC knowledge.
- Demonstrates leadership abilities and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates STRONG oral and written skills.
- Maintains an excellent work record and attendance record.
- A history of meeting all performance indicators.
- Flexibility in work schedule, based upon changing business needs.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office package to include Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Drive, energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Two to four years of college education or training in a related field such as sales, management, business and/or two to four years of management/call center experience is preferred.

Description:
All Business Customer Relationship Agents complete two weeks of formal training followed with on the job development and mentoring. The primary job of the agent is to acquire new customers by selling new technology products and services into assigned markets. Agents will place phone calls to business prospects to generating interest, analyze customer telecom and networking requirements, make product and service recommendations and win the business. Agents will handle all future sales for established accounts and actively up-sell additional lines of service to their customers utilizing email, fax and telephony.
Inside sales experience is a plus but not required. Agents must be willing to learn new technologies, effectively communicate with potential clients and exhibit professional integrity at all times. Candidates must be willing to engage in direct sales and work with management to achieve personal and company objectives. Knowledge of basic PC skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment is a must.

All list marketing advisors receive initial and on the job training. The primary job of the list marketing advisor is to acquire and manage new account in target markets. List marketing advisors place phone calls to business prospects to generate interest, respond to online inquiries and manage existing customer opportunities.
