Details:

All agents will complete formal in class training followed with on the job development and mentoring. The primary job of the Telephone Account Manager is to retain or win back relationships with our Fortune 500 clients business customers. TAMs will place phone calls, emails and faxes to businesses as needed to ensure their needs are met. The TAM will also be responsible for increasing revenue and strategic product with these businesses by up-selling and cross-selling into categories where our client is not currently servicing them.

Inside sales experience is a plus but not required. TAMs must be willing to learn new technologies, effectively communicate with potential clients and exhibit professional integrity at all times. Candidates must be willing to engage in direct sales and work with management to achieve personal and company objectives. Knowledge of basic PC skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment is a must.

Details:

The systems administrator position assists staff at TMone with support of enterprise contact center applications, list management and related technology. Support includes the management of users, campaign creation, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established guidelines. Employee will also assist in the installation, maintenance and testing of dialing platforms, CRMs, and associated equipment. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The position?s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Insures that all employees meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of dialing platform(s), client systems, some computer equipment and software.
  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with dialer equipment and software.
