TMone Expanding Business Operations to Des Moines, IA, Named to Inc. 5000

The new Des Moines facility will complement the Iowa City, IA facility already in operation. The announcement marks firm's second subsequent expansion in two years since its 2006 move into its 300 seat Iowa City, IA contact center. The announcement follows the firm's recent distinction of being named to Inc. Magazine's list of 5000 fastest growing companies in the US for the second year running.

The Des Moines, IA contact center facility is located in Stefon Plaza, 200 Army Post Rd. in south Des Moines. The acquisition of the site was facilitated by William C. Knapp L.C. and has been completely renovated to support 150 contact center stations, management offices and expanded meeting and training rooms. The open-office atmosphere will be conducive to teamwork and positive customer interaction.
