TMone Announces John Fellows as New CEO

John Fellows to Lead Provider of CRM, BPO and Database Management Services TMone, a leading global business services provider, has appointed John A. Fellows as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Anthony Marlowe, co-founder of TMone and CEO since its inception in 2002, will become President and Chief Marketing Officer.

Mr. Fellows, 43, recently served as the President and CEO of Bell Industries, Inc. (AMEX:BI) a diversified services company. During his tenure at Bell he led the divestiture of its manufacturing division through a private transaction and completed the acquisition SkyTel Corp. from Verizon Communications, Inc. (NYSE:VZ). From 1998 to 2004, he was CEO of RMH Teleservices, Inc. (NASDAQ:RMHT), where he successfully transitioned the company from a regional call center operation into one of the world's largest global providers of customer relationship management (CRM), business process outsourcing (BPO) and technology related services. Under Mr. Fellows' leadership the company grew to over 15,000 employees and revenues increased from $30 million to $300 million annually. Prior to joining RMH, Mr. Fellows served in management roles with PepsiCo (NYSE:PEP), PageNet and TeleQuest.
