Description:
All account executives complete two weeks of formal training followed with on the job development and mentoring. The primary job of the account executive is to acquire new customer by selling new technology products and services into assigned markets. Account executive will place phone calls to business prospects to generating interest, analyze customer telecom and networking requirements, make product and service recommendations and win the business. Account executives handle all future sales for established accounts and actively up-sell additional lines of service to their customers.

Inside sales experience is a plus but not required. Account executives must be willing to learn new technologies, effectively communicate with potential clients and exhibit professional integrity at all times. Candidates must be willing to engage in direct sales and work with management to achieve personal and company objectives. Knowledge of basic PC skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment is a must.

Description:
All outbound telesales complete a week of paid classroom training followed with a week of on the job development and nesting. The primary job of the an outbound telesales agent is to acquire new customers by selling cutting edge telecom and high speed internet products into consumer markets. Outbound telesales agents will place calls to consumer prospects to generate interest and sell the prospect on new services.

Inside sales experience is a plus but not required. Outbound telesales agents must be willing to learn new technologies, effectively communicate with potential customers; exhibit professional integrity at all times, and is money motivated. Candidates must be willing to engage in direct sales and work with management to achieve personal and company objectives.
